Realm Wellness Spa specializes in unique and alternative health and wellness services that support weight loss, cleansing and detoxification, an overall feeling of health, and peak performance.

Owner Joan Fiame brings such unique services, such as infrared sauna therapyto the Quad City from Chicago as she desires to share her passion for health and wellness. "Having these unique services available on a daily basis supports my personal health and wellness and now I get to share it with the people in my community. I speak to people on a daily basis that are willing to travel a great distance to receive the services I offer. This speaks highly of their personal commitment to their health and wellness."

Joan relocated to Rock Island from Chicago, leaving Corporate America behind to pursue her heart's desire. She wanted to open a business that would allow her to be surrounded by people who are interested in learning new ways to stay healthy and strong, and to share their knowledge of health and wellness.

Joan worked in Corporate America for over 20 years, she's also the author of "Juicing for Jocks" and plans to work with the coaches and young athletes in the community to find ways to support their performance in sports. She invites athletic teams to visit the juice bar and learn more about using fresh foods as fuel for performance.
