Colon Hydrotherapy, not to be confused with colonics. Is the process of cleansing the lower bowel with low pressure warm water. What we consume makes its way to the the large intestine, where most of it may be stored and become impacted over time. This causes symptoms like constipation, gas, and bloating. Adopting a daily diet of raw whole foods and fiber can assist in proper elimination. Material tends to get trapped on the walls of the colon making it difficult to eliminate. Unlike colonics, colon hydrotherapy also tones the colon.

Infrared Sauna Therapy

The infrared sauna instrument looks like a traditional sauna but penetrates the skin more deeply, heating the tissue beneath the skin and increasing the heart rate by 50-75%. Infrared radiant heat is used and warms only the body and not the air, making it much more comfortable to be in for a period of 30-60 minutes. It is similar to the natural sun. Toxins are introduced into our body by way of the everyday products that we use, such as hair color, deodorants, smoking and our diets. The infrared sauna energy provides a passage for these toxins to exit the body in a very gentle and non-invasive process.

The Oxygen Spa Capsule allows you to lie down and relax in a warm, steam-like environment. The capsule program opens the pores of your skin to allow an ozonated steam to be absorbed, along with chromatherapy lighting all of which support an overall feeling of health and wellness.The session ends with an automatic water massage flushing out the toxins that were extracted from the ozonated steam. Treatments may be purchased in time increments of 30 or 60 minutes.

Therapeutic Massage – Therapeutic massage utilizes classic Swedish massage strokes to relieve muscle tension, improve circulation, reduce the effects of stress and promote relaxation.

What is it?

Juicing for Jocks fresh juice bar offers a small variety of fresh fruit juices and fresh vegetable juices, along with a healthy smoothie option each day. Our fresh juices are not just for jocks, but after drinking them daily you will begin to feel like an athlete and you’ll perform like one as well.

Juicing is the extracting or liquefying of fresh fruits and vegetables by using a commercial juicing machine. The machine is so powerful that it removes most of the fiber or pulp from the fruit or vegetables, leaving you with the fresh juice that begins to digest and hydrate the body immediately in the mouth. By drinking one 16 oz glass of juice, you are actually able to get the benefits of a large volume of fruits and veggies, which would normally not be possible by eating and/or chewing. Juicing is an easy and healthy way of getting an abundance of nutrients immediately into your system so you can go about your day and not worry about getting your daily requirement of vitamins and nutrients. Although the fiber is removed from fresh juicing you shouldn't worry about being deficient in fiber, because you're able to get enough fiber from other parts of your daily diet.
